Comma Williams

Comma passionately believes that creating environments that value inclusion, authenticity and respect result in people bringing their best selves and talents to the organization. Some of the diversity issues she addresses include preventing sexual harassment and homophobia in the workplace, and cross-cultural communication. Her other areas of specialization are leadership development, team building and instructional design.

While employed by HarvardPilgrim HealthCare (HPHC), Comma co-founded and co-chaired the Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender employee organization. She also designed the Gay and Lesbian Health Issues training program and delivered it to all clinical staff in fourteen HPHC health centers in Massachusetts.

She has a M.Ed. in instructional design from University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Comma is a certified Shiatsu (massage) practitioner, and a Personal Success Coach.
