Who We Are CFI’s network of consultants brings a breadth and depth of experience to ensure that our clients get the best possible expertise to meet their specific goals.
Dani helps clients design strategies to support their business goals, and ensures that those goals are practical, realistic, and aligned with the organization’s operational and cultural practices. Dani has authored numerous articles for many publications, including Diversity Inc.’s online magazine, Black Enterprise, and Banker & Tradesman. She co-authored the chapter, Managing the Complexity of Organizational Transformation, for the book Transforming Work, by John Adams. She has been featured in the Boston Business Journal, and was awarded the prestigious YWCA Academy of Women Achievers Award in 2000. She is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills and Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Business.
Zitek managed the BoardBank of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where she assisted over 50 organizations to diversify their boards of directors. She also served as Director of Management Development at Fidelity Investments, and as Manager of Professional Development for Bank of Boston. Joanne has represented Massachusetts on Partners of the Americas projects in Colombia, and is a member of an exchange between U.S. and Italian businesswomen. She has a B.S. from Cornell University and an Ed.M. from Boston University. She has co-authored “Multicultural Teams” and “The Transcultural Organization,” both in Cultural Diversity at Work. Joanne has a passion for both art and nature, which she partly fulfills by serving on the boards of the Arts and Business Council of Greater Boston, and the Boston Natural Areas Network.
