James Spencer, Ph.D.
Jim has a gift that allows him to connect to almost
everyone and understand that person's perspective. He understands the pain
of being discriminated against and from an early age has been committed
to social justice. A father of two teenagers, Jim is motivated to do what
he can to make their world free from discrimination and harassment.
Jim has been addressing diversity issues in the workplace over the
last 15 years. He provides a comprehensive approach to assisting
organizations with their diversity initiatives, which includes assessment,
evaluation, planning, instruction and follow-up. He also offers leadership
development and human resource management services to senior executives
as a consultant, trainer and executive coach.
His broad experience includes corporate, non-profit, legal and government
organizations. Jim was the Human Resources Director of WNEV-TV and
WBZ-TV and Radio.
Jim is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Black Psychologists,
Massachusetts Psychological Association, and thr Human Resource Alliance
of African Americans.
