DB Reiff, MBA
DB
helps organizations and individuals work more productively, creatively
and collaboratively by helping them communicate more effectively.
Drawing on her experience as a musician, teacher, speechwriter, and organizational
communications specialist, she helps people clarify what it is they
want to say, and to hear what their counterparts are saying.
Working as a facilitator, coach, writer and trainer, DB helps people
in corporations and nonprofits figure out and agree on how they will
talk about difficult issues, including diversity, in ways that allows
them to resolve the issue and return to the collaboration and productivity
that are the lifeblood of an organization.
DB is also a trained ombudsman, which allows her to help people in
organizations reach fair resolution to the conflicts, misunderstandings
and ethical questions that occur in every setting. Ombuds are the
only person in an organization that can legally guarantee confidentiality
while protecting that organization from legal liability. Return on
investment in ombuds offices ranges from 500-700%
DB has an MBA from Simmons School of Management and a Bachelor’s
in Classical Guitar and Music Education from Boston Conservatory
of Music. She is a certified mediator in Massachusetts.
