Lewis M. Rambo, Ph.D. Lewis helps clients find new solutions to old problems and proven solutions to new challenges. He derives satisfaction from helping clients grow and learn to navigate more effectively on their own. He embraces the challenge of continually learning and the opportunity to develop new skills and abilities. Lewis is an executive coach and consultant in organization development, managerial performance, boards of directors’ effectiveness, diversity and inclusion strategy, and human resources. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Bentley College Graduate School of Business, and Visiting Professor at The University of Chicago’s, Graduate Schools of Business in Chicago, Barcelona and Singapore. He served as Dean and Professor of Human Resources Management and Organization Development at INCAE, the premier business school in Central America. For over twenty years, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Arthur D. Little. Lewis received his MA and Ph.D. at Wayne State University in Organizational-Industrial Psychology. He completed postdoctoral studies at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. He is the author of numerous articles and publications about human resources management, organizational development, team building and diversity.
