Lisa
Hirsh
Lisa focuses on improving organizational performance
and spirit. She brings a big picture perspective, systems thinking and
creativity to her work. Her passion is connecting with clients in ways
that make a significant difference to them, their organization and the
community.
Lisa integrates the business and the interpersonal side of leadership
and teams, so that people accomplish their goals and deepen their
working relationships. She uses a holistic approach to concentrate
on the interconnection and the impact of each part of the system
on the whole.
Lisa was one of the leaders of the Change Management Practice at
CSC Index, which focused on the intersection of business processes,
technology and organizational change. She has taught consulting skills
and organization change courses at universities and in financial
services. Her interactive cultural assessment process identifies
factors in a company that help and hinder an organizational change.
She is presently participating in an intensive a year-long program on leadership
and learning, where she is working on bringing the arts into her work.
Lisa holds a C.A.S. from Harvard University, a M.Ed. from Lesley College,
and a BA from Oberlin College
