Harvey Greenberg

Harvey’s years of leading organizations, managing change and coaching senior leadership, enables him to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of people from the shop or office floor to the boardroom. He brings a realistic approach to complex organizational challenges and need for systemic change.

Harvey believes there are inherent strengths, energies and skills in many people that are blocked by dynamics in their organizations. Assisting organizations to remove the barriers created by those dynamics and allowing people to exercise their full capabilities is a powerful motivator for Harvey.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Harvey had 20 years of hands-on, operational experience. His pragmatic approach blends a deep awareness of human relations and business management, and an appreciation of the value of multiple perspectives to any organizational problem.

Harvey works primarily with individual leaders, executives, and teams. He speaks Dutch.. He teaches graduate courses in Organizational Behavior at Boston University. He holds a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology, a MBA from Boston University, and a MS from American University.

Harvey serves on the board of Jewish Family and Children Services and Operation A.B.L.E.
