Y. Goldstein
Linda’s more than 20 years of experience in
many industries affords her a deep perspective into the challenges
of managing in a diverse environment.
Her passion is to help managers become more collaborative and inclusive
in their leadership. Valuing diversity is an essential aspect of
collaboration and inclusion.
Linda specializes in leadership coaching and development, change
management, performance management, and developing teams for top
performance.
She led an internal consulting team that coached managers on their
management and leadership approaches, and facilitated team building,
strategic planning, and performance issues.
Linda designed and led the coaching component of a year-long leadership
development program for 175 senior-level managers in financial services.
She facilitated a strategic planning process for the Boston Police
Department, engaging both police and community members.
Linda is an active member of North Shore Community Mediation, where
she conducts mediation in the courts and community, and trains new
mediators.
Linda has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and has participated
in intensive professional development programs in organization development,
mediation and psychotherapy.
