William S. Friedman

Bill is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of client organizations through collaborative consulting, facilitation and individual and team development. His focus is on strategic leadership consulting and cross-organization training in the area of diversity management. He also trains in communication, team effectiveness, conflict management, negotiation, performance management and leadership.

Bill's value comes from over 20 years of working with employees at all levels, from senior leaders to line personnel. His perspective on diversity stems from the constant exploration of his role as a straight, white male involved in this work.

Bill has always been attracted to this work out of a sense of promoting social justice and equity in the workplace. He is committed to exploring what fosters connections between people at work and what gets in the way.

He has a BA from Harvard College and a MS from The American University and NTL Institute.
