Demita Frazier, J.D.

Demita delivers a wide range of services, including strategic planning for staff and systems development, comprehensive needs assessments, leadership coaching, and customized training.

She has designed and managed major multi-year corporate diversity initiatives for clients in financial services, healthcare, the judiciary and other industries.
Demita is fluent in Spanish, and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in legal ethics and alternative dispute resolution.

Demita is an active community gardener, both growing flowers and vegetable, and providing leadership to other community gardeners. She is a gourmet cook, and formerly had a catering business.
