Clients & Awards Client Awards for Diversity Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) received a national award in 2001 for its “Certified Discrimination Prevention Training Program”. CFI led this project and assisted with 85 percent of the design. Hasbro received the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Innovative Product Design Award at the SHRM June 2002 conference. Hasbro approached CFI to design a four-hour employee diversity training session that would reflect its values and industry. CFI met the challenge, incorporating Hasbro’s product line into the course Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC) was recognized in 2001 by the White House as having the only three-day “leading-edge cultural competence training program” for physicians in the country. CFI led the design team that created the program. Houghton Mifflin received the 2002 Rosoff Award for its internal workforce efforts in diversity that spanned five years. CFI’s customized training programs and other consulting services supported Houghton Mifflin during this period of unprecedented change. Clients (Partial Listing)
