Paul
S. Bracy
Paul is a skilled facilitator who has the ability to create safety
for people to discuss sensitive issues. His experience as a leader
in organizations enables him to help employees connect business goals
with managing and leading in a diverse workforce.
Paul’s passion comes from knowing that environments where people
are treated with dignity and respect are environments where creativity
and continuous learning blossom, along with productivity and achievement.
Paul’s focus is developing high performance teams and leadership
talent, preventing sexual harassment, and creating inclusive, respectful
work environments. He has extensive experience in leveraging diversity
and conducting diversity audits.
As an Air Force careerist, Paul was chosen to attend the Race Relations
Institute at the Department of Defense. He spearheaded an Air Force
human relations program in Japan, offering sensitivity training on
gender and racial bias.
Paul is the founding President of Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts,
and a former member of the board of the Veteran’s Benefit Clearinghouse
and the Boston Chapter of “Children of War.” Paul has
also served as the Chair of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce Diversity
Committee.
Paul has an M.Ed. from Cambridge College
