Judy A. Baker

Judy brings over 17 years of affirmative action, diversity, disability, human resources and management experience to clients. She has worked in industries including banking, higher education, government, non-profits, and technology start-ups.

Judy's passion is a global, expanded vision of success in the workplace that includes diverse styles, gender, race, and perspectives. She believes that if organizations and people are committed to each other's success both sides "win." Her deep knowledge in human resources, sexual harassment, and affirmative action is rooted in expanding opportunities for people from all classes.

Judy was Director of Affirmative Action for the MA Department of Employment and Training, and the Equal Opportunity Officer for Boston University. Her interest in disabilities is both professional, as a volunteer, and personal, as a person with disabilities.

She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and one in Chinese Studies from Soochow University in Taipei, Taiwan.
