Shirronda Almeida Shirronda’s background includes training, capacity building, strategic planning, evaluating and developing programs for helping collaborative community initiatives. She has organized and run large-scale events and managed multiple statewide workgroups for the Department of Public Health and the Massachusetts Prevention Centers. Fluent in Spanish, Shirronda has conducted diversity training for sales representatives and helped managers effectively recruit a more diverse workforce, through better interviewing across difference. She has a Master’s degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor’s from Simmons College, in International Relations and Spanish. Shirronda has traveled extensively, particularly in Spain and India.
She has served on the board of the Revolving Museum. She dances,
practices yoga and regularly volunteers on youth development projects. |
